What STATE Do You Live In?

Many may answer that question by referncing a geographic location, like Wyoming, Indiana, Califormia, New York, etc.

But what about your “State of Mind?”

How much thought do you give to your mindset?

What STATE of MIND do you live in on a day to day basis?

It really is about “state,” as Tony Robbins puts it.

Our mind controls our movement.

Be it forward positive movement, negative counter productive movement, or a lack of movement all together and a decline to stagnation.

Your “state” determines your results on a daily basis.

The catch is that many times we allow other people or external circumstances affect and even control our state of mind and our emotions. Many times we fall into a negative state, which in turn creates a great deal of “mental baggage” that we carry around and apply to future interactions that we have with people and the way we respond to various situations in our daily lives.

How many times have you found yourself upset that someone didn’t join your business?
Have you ever been angry or “bummed” when a prospect said “no.”
How about getting upset “after” someone joins your team but doesn’t do anything?
I’m guilty of all of these.

So it is of the utmost importance that we learn to cultivate a consistently positive state of mind.
Live in a Positive State

When we are in a positive state of mind, in “the zone” so to speak, prosperity, abundance, positivity, love, happiness and joy eminate from our very being and is very attractive to the people in our sphere of influence; which is what I believe is the true essence of attraction marketing.

People are drawn to that energy as a recognizable source of “life giving energy.”

And just as a plant seeks water and sunlight, people seek out “leaders,” “gurus,” & “mentors” to provide that energy and guide them. At our core we want to be connected with something positive and powerful to make us feel ALIVE. Ultimately all of us are really longing to cultivate that power inside of ourselves.

Letting go of our mental baggage allows us to move closer to that power, “the light,” or “enlightenment” and become leaders in our community and in our business.

That is when things begin to blossom in our lives. That is when we truly step in to a place of “conscious productivity” and realize the impact we can have on this world and the people around us. Every positive encounter, every positive word we pass on to someone is like water and light for that persons life and empowers them to grow and bear fruit in their life.
