		<description>I know Gareth - it&#039;s extremely annoying. I couldn&#039;t believe what they are pulling with people. They used that argument with me, that my card expired and I was in breech of contract because they could not automatically bill me for the domain renewals. Yeah right! I have never once had Godaddy try that shit, and I&#039;ve had hundreds of domains with them, many of which I chose to let fall to the curb and never once had any more inquiry from Godaddy than a simple expiration reminder via email. 1 and 1 is an absolute joke of a company on all points and I strongly urge anyone considering the use of their services to RUN the other way.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had the same experience! I had a few packages with them for the last SIX YEARS.

I was on holiday and I got a frantic call from a customer, that their site was down!

I FINALLY managed to talk to someone at oneandone 1and1 and THEY WERE SO ABUSIVE AND BLUNT ON THE PHONE. I was hung up on, put on hold without warning. They absolutely refused to rebill my perfectly good card (that had expired, AGAIN THEIR SYSTEM GIVES YOU NO WARNING OF THIS!!!!) they said another company was dealing with it, THIS COMPANY has NO NUMBER YOU CAN CALL FROM OUTSIDE!

They even said I could send a check... so within 2 weeks the server would be online. After being a customer for SIX YEARS. (to which they said &#039;we treat all our customers the same&#039;).

ABYSMAL COMPANY. DO NOT USE 1AND1 EVER! I cannot convey how belligerent they are on the phone. They despise you for being their customer!

I spent around $8,000 dollars in total with one and one, and ALL FOR NOTHING - 1and1.com and 1and1.co.uk have the WORST support and billing systems of ANY COMPANY I&#039;VE EVER USED.

Their packages SUCK, are overpriced, and they deliberately squirm so that you end up paying over the odds for shitty servers.

Completely asinine to the point of malignant idiocy. DO NOT get yourself embroiled in this disastrous company that hates its customers.</description>
